Terms and conditions

Classes at Love Yoga World are booked using sessions, bought in advance. One class costs one session, whichever class it is. Packs currently available:

• 1 Session — ₱500valid 7 days
• 4 Sessions — ₱1,200valid 1 month
• 16 Sessions — ₱4,300valid 4 months
• 36 Sessions — ₱9,000valid 6 months
• 60 Sessions — ₱12,000valid 1 year

Prices are in Philippine Pesos and may change for future purchases. The price you paid is honoured for the sessions you already hold.

Payment is accepted by GCash or InstaPay only. After paying, upload a screenshot of the transfer on the packages page. We check each payment by hand against the account, usually the same day.

Your sessions are added once the payment is verified. If we cannot match a payment we will tell you why by email and nothing is added — you can send a new screenshot, and no money is taken by us in the meantime.

Each pack has its own validity period, shown in the list above and on the packages page. The clock starts on the day we approve your payment, not the day you send it — so nothing is lost while a payment is being checked.

Packs bought at different times expire separately, and the session closest to expiring is always used first. Expired sessions cannot be used and are not refunded.

Booking a class deducts one session from your balance and confirms your place immediately. Nothing further is paid at the studio. If you have no sessions left, the booking is declined and you will be asked to buy a pack first.

An account with a valid email address is required, so we can send your confirmation and reminders. You may book as many classes in one day as you like, but not two classes that overlap in time. Each place is for one person; sessions cannot be shared or transferred.

You may cancel a booked class from my classes. Cancel at least 2 hours before the class starts and the session returns to your balance, keeping its original expiry date.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the class, and no-shows, forfeit the session used for that booking. You may still cancel inside that window — it frees your place for someone else — but the session is not returned.

If Love Yoga World cancels a class — a teacher is unavailable, weather, or anything else — the session used for that booking is returned to your balance automatically, whatever the notice period. This is a returned session, not a monetary refund; you are free to spend it on any other class.

All purchases are final. Love Yoga World does not give monetary refunds for unused sessions, late cancellations, no-shows or expired packs. Sessions are only ever returned to your account balance, as described above.

All class times, cancellation cutoffs and expiry dates are calculated in Asia/Manila time.
